The manual provides all the information necessary to administer the MFM, the essential details of each of the 32 items, scoring assistance, and an example of patient follow-up.
The MFM is regularly enriched thanks to the users’ remarks, the training courses, and by means of the translations. The first edition in French goes back to 2004, and it is possible to donwload the 3rd edition with link below.
Many translations have been, or are in the course of being, validated by the steering committee.

- The mfm-nmd.org site publishes the translations in two modes :
- simple publication
- publication of a version validated by the steering committee
- • If you wish to have a translation validated by the steering committee, it is necessary :
- to carry out a reverse translation
- to organise a marking workshop with the steering committee. The objective is to check the homogeneity of scores, working from filmed sequences, whatever the language of the manual to which one refers.
